Mrs. Diana Daskalova - the Project
Coordonator in RLI, Mr. Christopher Christoph and Ivailo Tsenov
- associated members in RLI, took part in the annual Convocation
of CLS, carried out in USA, Florida. 19 guests of AI from 17
countries all over the world were present at the Convocation.
The international participants had the ability to share their
experience from the regional conferences of AI, carried out
during the passed 2001, as well as to encourage each other,
making plans for the further mutual work during the next 2002.
Before and after the Convocation in Florida all internationals
had the ability to visit the offices of AI and CLS in Washington,
Virginia, meeting with some of the board members there. |

A regular general meeting of
the associated members of RLI was held in the office of the
Institute. |

A regular business breakfast
meeting was held. Known businessmen politicians were present
at the meeting. Main speaker at the breakfast was Mr. Rumen
Georgiev - Deputy Director of the Specialized Investigation
Agency. |

The associated members of RLI
- Mrs. Polina Bogdanova and adv. Alexander Gonev, participated
in the serial workshop, organized by the Ministry of Labor and
Social Care. The purpose of the workshop is to create an Instruction
to art. 24 A of the Law for foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria. |

The Project Coordinator of RLI
- Mrs Diana Daskalova, together with Mrs. Nevena Stefanova -
Coordinator of "Women's Rights" project participated
in The Second Joint Seminar on Monitoring and Reporting on Women's
Human Rights in the Balkan Countries. There were presentations
from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia
and Herzegovina, Serbia and Denmark. |

A regular meeting of the RLI
members was held. Mr. Christopher Christoph shared the experience
and impressions of the Bulgarian representative at the Convocation
of CLS in USA. We also discussed the future development of the
projects of RLI and their financing during 2002. |
